Invest & Partner
Two ways to become part of the FA Jets fleet — co-invest in an aircraft, or commercially operate your own aircraft under an Air Operator Certificate.
At FA Jets, you can enter business aviation in two ways. As an investor you can participate in an aircraft such as the Pilatus PC-12 or Cessna Citation CJ series receiving annual flight hours proportional to your investment, priority access to suitable empty legs, and a share of the residual value upon sale. If you already own an aircraft, FA Jets can operate it commercially under an Air Operator Certificate (AOC). You determine the availability, we manage marketing, sales, scheduling, compliance, and maintenance oversight, and every chartered hour lowers your ownership costs.
Two ways to participate
Whether you want to deploy capital into a shared aircraft or if you own an aircraft that spends too much time on the ground between your own flights, FA Jets provides a structure tailored to your situation.

Participation vs. Charter Placement:
which fits your situation?
| Participation | Charter Placement (your aircraft) | |
|---|---|---|
| Ideal For | Investors without an aircraft looking to enter business aviation | Aircraft owners with underutilized flight hours |
| Upfront Commitment | Capital participation per share | Operational reserve |
| Key Benefits | Flight hours for beneficial tarrifs, priority on empty legs, share in residual sales value | Hourly charter revenue, offset against fixed ownership costs |
| Aircraft Ownership | Shared ownership via holding structure | 100% retained by owner, operated under an AOC |
Illustrative figures:
commercial operation of your aircraft
Below is an indicative calculation model for a Pilatus PC-12 flown 450 flight hours by FA Jets and 125 flight hours by the owner per year.
| Item | Amount |
|---|---|
| Revenue | €1,125,000 |
| Fixed costs | €106,905 |
| Variable costs | €378,062 |
| Crew | €255,000 |
| AOC Management fees | €18,000 |
| OPS fees | €34,500 |
| CAMO fees | €7,000 |
| Crew training | €60,050 |
| Admin fees | €23,000 |
| FA Jets marketing, sales & distribution | €55,308 |
| Total costs | €937,825 |
| Indicative profit | €187,175 |
By placing your aircraft into commercial operation, you fly your own allocated hours free of charge in the above case.
Why owners choose a commercial operation
An aircraft incurs real fixed costs: hangarage, maintenance, crew, insurance, regardless of whether it is flying. A marketing agreement with FA Jets, operating under an AOC, turns those idle hours into revenue.
